Figuring out WordPress stuff

Why must the menu items be all caps?  I cannot figure out if or where I can change the font.  I don’t like the way Castle Argghhh looks when it looks like CASTLE ARGGHHH.  Ugh.

Hope I don’t have to change the whole theme!

Update: I changed the whole theme.
